My program is located at a beautiful and private ranch in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley, VR Ranch. The ranch is settled among the stunning Santa Ynez Valley landscape with mountain views steeped in a rich historical tradition of horses, ranching and agriculture while being conveniently located in Solvang. VR Ranch was once home to well known Arabian and QuarterHorse breeders and trainers as well as once a well known Eventing facility. Today it is a peaceful 30 acre ranch with current improvements and the quality found only at top facilities.

The Equestrian Center boasts not only beautiful views but a gorgeous barn with stalls and large attached sand walk-outs, safe fencing as well as 1/2 covered Breezeway barn with large pens with attached sand walk-outs. Horses enjoy turnout on irrigated grass pastures or sand turnouts. We offer a eurocizer, round pen, and a large outdoor arena. There are many large, flat group retirement pastures with shelters available for you senior friends or smaller pastures perfect for those that need to live in an individual setting or require lay-ups for rehab or just a well needed break from the rigors of show horse life. The property also has a hacking path, a large tackroom, a lounge, hot/cold wash racks and secure and pest proof feed and supplement storage. I, along with the owners, live on site to ensure that the horses receive unparalleled care. We are happy to show the property by appointment and we are located behind a secure coded gate.
